Shipping Policy

Purchases can only be shipped within Canada via Canada Post, using services selected by Open Gable Studio. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be additional to the cost of the artwork purchased. Rates are calculated by Canada Post based on order size, weight, destination, and selected service level. A cost of shipping will be discussed prior to purchasing and payment. 

 

Delivery times may vary by destination. Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed as there is always a possibility of delay due to postal service issues. Responsibility of delivery timeline and condition of package upon arrival is that of the carrier. Open Gable Studio is not responsible for loss during shipping, theft or damage while in transit. Tracking information will be provided where available, and customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status. While assistance may be provided should shipping complications occur, replacement or reimbursement is not guaranteed.
